Tell Touch / Aged care / Co-founded & built

A voice for the people in care.

An aged-care feedback platform and a business I helped build. I co-founded Tell Touch with two partners in 2019, developed the product and saw it through to acquisition by Leecare in 2025.

Outcome
Acquired by Leecare in 2025

Make it easier to be heard.

People in care, their families and staff need a straightforward way to share what is working and what needs attention. Providers need to bring that feedback together and follow through on it.

What I built.

I co-founded Tell Touch with two partners in 2019 and built the platform. People could give feedback through kiosks, mobile apps, QR codes and web forms.

Providers could identify issues, assign follow-up and track resolution in one system. The wider product offering also includes digital surveys and reporting.

From first release to acquisition.

The system was used by tens of thousands of people across aged care homes and home care services around Australia. In 2025, we sold the business to Leecare.

I was responsible for developing the product as well as helping build the business. That experience shapes the way I work with founders: thinking through the product, the people using it and the business behind it.
